How does this drink work?
This smoothie is rich in natural ingredients and provides the body with all the necessary nutrients, minerals and vitamins. - One cup of organic orange juice
- One cup of oatmeal
- Two cups of fresh chopped pineapple
- 40g crushed almonds
- 40g honey
- 7g cinnamon
First you put the oatmeal in a pan with hot water and stir until it is cooked. Let it cool down. Mix the orange and pineapple juice and add the cinnamon, the crushed almonds and the honey. Mix all the ingredients together. In the end add the cooled oatmeal and once again mix it well. This drink may be served as a warm thick mixture or as a cold drink with ice cubes. It can also be consumed as a smoothie.
