The diet plan, which we are going to show and explain to you today, is suggested by one of the most famous cardiologists in Europe, Dr. Jean Mitrev. It lasts for 15 whole days and the easy part is that during the diet regime, breakfast is always the same, consisted of one fruit: watermelon, orange, pear or melon. However, bananas, grapes and peach are not allowed.

 

First day

Lunch: one boiled egg, an orange and 200ml yogurt

Dinner: two boiled eggs, two cooked tomatoes, two pieces of twice baked bread, half cucumber or one small lettuce

Second day

Lunch: 200ml yogurt and one orange

Dinner: a cup of coffee or tea (without sugar), one orange, one piece of twice baked bread and one tomato

Third day

Lunch: one boiled egg, one cucumber or one lettuce and a cup of yogurt

Dinner: one cup of tea or coffee (without sugar), one twice baked bread, 125g of boiled beef and one orange

Fourth day

Lunch: one piece of twice baked bread, 125g of cow cheese and one tomato

Dinner: one piece of twice baked bread, one apple, 125g boiled beef and two tomatoes

Fifth day

Lunch: one piece of twice baked bread, one tomato and 200g of boiled meat or fish

Dinner: 500g of boiled peas, carrot or potato

Note:

When cooking the food please avoid salt as much as you can, use only small amounts or use Himalayan salt. There are only five days in this diet plan because you must pause on the sixth and seventh day and then continue with the same routine on the eighth day. The diet plan should be repeated three times (5 days diet, 2 days pause). Alcohol is also forbidden during the diet plan. If you follow the rules carefully you will lose 5 – 10 pounds in the given period that is 30 pounds for 15 days, without any side effects.

If you wish to keep this weight after the 15 days it is recommended that every Monday you eat the same foods:

Breakfast: one cup of lemon juice (without sugar)

Lunch: one piece of twice baked bread and one apple

Dinner: one piece of twice baked bread, one boiled egg and one tomato

Of course if you do not follow the rules and make your own exceptions or try to substitute some of the foods with something else, the diet will not work and will not give you the promised results.
