Women dream about having firm, slender and toned legs that fit perfectly in a mini skirt. There are different exercises which can shape your dream legs, but they only work if you do them regularly!
Lay down with your legs straight up. Touch your heels and open the toes to form the letter “V”. Next, bend the knees in 3 series, 10 each, and have a 1 minute break between sets.
Spread your legs at shoulder width, put your hands forward, and step frontward with one foot, but make sure your toes are facing straight ahead. Lower the back knee to the ground. Repeat this 10-15 times with different legs simultaneously and make sure you are not leaning forward.
Lie on your back, put your butt up, bent your knees and use an elastic ball to keep between them. Your hands should be positioned straight along the body. Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds and compress the ball. Repeat this routine 5 times.
The name says it all. Lie on your back and put your hands on the ground. Put your fit up and perform a scissor movement by crossing them 10 times. Do this in 3 sessions, 10 each and don’t take any breaks.
Beat the Resistance
This exercise is done with an elastic band which is put on the calves. Place yourself in a squats position and try to move one leg sideways and return to the initial position. This way you’re beating the resistance and toning those leg muscles.
Lie on the side and put your hand against your head. Bend the leg that’s on top, and raise the other one from the ground. Repeat this with both legs for 10-15 times.
