My Favorite Recipe: Crunchy Zucchini Fritters with Avocado Dill Dip

Have you tried zucchini fritters? They’re easy to make, low in calories, and they literally make your taste buds dance! They contain the right flavors and are very healthy. Soon, this will become your favorite recipe as well. They’re a delicious food suitable for both children and adults.

Now, let’s take a look at the recipe:

  • A large zucchini
  • One minced garlic clove
  • ¼ cup of fresh basil
  • ¼ cup of fresh oregano
  • A tbsp of lemon zest
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of gluten-free flour
  • ¼ tsp of onion powder
  • A tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

The ingredients needed for the dip:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Half a tsp of onion powder
  • Half a cup of chopped dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Half a tsp of Vegenaise

Preparation: First, grate the zucchini and place it in a colander and put the colander in the sink. Add the salt and leave it for 10 minutes. For the dip, you need to cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds and the scoop the meat with a spoon and put it into a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mash them together until the dip becomes smooth.
